Get ready for a new open class - the supercharged mini-Z lipo class! The NEXX RACING team is excited to introduce the SKYLINE, a lipo conversion chassis for Mini-Z 1:28 scale cars. This conversion kit allows you to upgrade your mini-Z from 4 x AAA ni-Mh batteries to a 2 x lipo battery setup. By using dual 2S lipo batteries, your mini-Z will have double the power and race time, making it incredibly powerful and long-lasting.

The lipo batteries are strategically mounted on both sides of the frame for better balance and stability while cornering. The carbon fiber battery compartment door allows for easy installation and removal of batteries. Additionally, the top frame features empty spaces for mounting various electronics and extra weights to adjust the center of gravity. Despite the upgrade, the total weight of the car with dual 2S 350mAh batteries is only 140g, which is 10g lighter than the stock car.

The SKYLINE chassis is compatible with NEXX V-LINE front suspension system, PN Racing Double A-Arm, and most motor mounts on the market for 90-102mm wide wheelbase cars. For electronics, it is recommended to use GL Racing batteries or any 2S batteries that fit the battery compartment size of 20x40x11.5mm. ESC options include PN, ENSOTECH, ATOMIC, GL, and KYOSHO. For servos, you can use stock mini-Z servo gears with a KYOSHO main board, PN RACING servo board, or any other servo board from micro servos. When it comes to motors, all 1/28 motors that fit your motor mount can be used.

In terms of the body, you can choose to use plastic hard bodies or lexan bodies. For the center shock and damper, KYOSHO, NEXX, and PN options are recommended. The SKYLINE chassis is black in color and the model number is NX-111. It falls under the product category of RCS and is suitable for shipping in the US using the large shipping groups.
