The shell is made of a new advanced composite formula with six layers of top-quality materials, including multiaxial fiberglass, 3D organic fibers, special aramid fibers, and carbon reinforcement for optimal impact protection.

There are six closable air intakes and two exhaust outlets designed to keep the wearer cool. A patent-pending system creates an air chamber between the inner and outer EPS liners, allowing fresh air to circulate while hot air exits through the ventilation outlets. The visor is auto-adjusted by spring-loaded base side plates and sealed tightly against a dual-lip rubber profile for maximum comfort.

Additionally, the helmet features a removable support for action cameras and seamless integration with the NEXX X-COM 3 Bluetooth 5.2 Intercom System. There are two variants available: the X-COM 3 Standard and the X-COM 3 PRO, which includes Mesh 2.0 Technology and high-quality sound.

The F.R.S. Lining (Fast Release System) allows for easy cleaning and quick removal by rescue personnel in case of emergency. A double-blade air spoiler at the rear reduces turbulence and improves aerodynamic performance at high speeds. The helmet also includes an Ultra-Wide Drop-Down Inner Sun Visor with 80% tint, providing a wider field of view compared to previous models.
